Criteria for getting comments published

This is just a quick post to let you know that I have implemented a criteria for comments to make it to the front page.

Comments are moderated and to get your comment published please read these points.

  • Negative comments will only be published if they are constructive, saying something like ‘this sucks’ will not get published. Saying something like ‘this sucks because x,y and z’ will!.
  • Spam will not get published, this is not a place to sell willy pills, fake watches or money making schemes.
  • Attacks on any person, company or other organisation will not be tolerated.
  • Common sense needs to be used when submitting a comment.

One more thing, comments are left open for 6 weeks after the initial article is posted.

Thank you for reading and I look forward to your comments.

Minor tweaking

Altered a few minor things on how the dev blog is shown. Clicking the image should take you to the post in question. Happy reading!.

Comments

Comments are now open on this site, they will be moderated and will be turned off after six weeks of the articles posting date. At the moment this is only available on the last lap development diary

AddThis bookmark system

For all you crazy people who use social news sites, then feel free to use the spanky new share button added to the bottom of full articles.

Google ads

I just popped this up as a stop gap measure to make a little side income to reduce the admin cost of the website, while I have nothing to sell. Feel free to click on those adverts, helps pay for the web hosting!.

Welcome to the new sublime games

Open for business!.

This website has been revamped, and now I think you can all agree that it now looks a whole lot better then it has ever done before. This site has been redesigned with the future in mind. It is now a lot easier for myself to maintain and update the content and this now means only one thing; more time to program and produce those addictive games that I have always wanted to.

For those who are intrested, sublime games has also changed hosting companys and are now running on textpattern, a wonderfull open source content management system that is quite simply a joy to use.

There are now new features on this website, including (soon) the ability for readers to be able leave comments on some posts. I hope at least a few of you take the time to write a few words, good or bad!. I wont garantee all of them will make it to the published page though.

Areas of the site

In this section of the site, you will be able to read the latest going-ons with sublime games that has no place on any other part of the site. The semi intresting tid bits that im sure you want to hear. For example, community content or major acheivements.

The About section is just a little lump of cheesy text that gives details about myself, sublime games and the goal I strive to acheive every single day of sublime games existance.

Last Lap Dev Diary is the home of the development diary for the first title that sublime games will release. Pop along and have a look, you should be able to see and maybe help mold the game as it develops.

In the future there will be more sections on this website, but there is no point in making them live just yet as they will be empty spaces filled with nothing!.
